This is a study on the development of overseas dispatching nursing instruction. The data was collected from 12 participants, who experienced overseas dispatching. For this study, previous studies and literature related to overseas dispatching were reviewed. 『Overseas dispatching nursing instruction』will consist of 8 chapters, which are synopsis, history review of ROK medical dispatching troops, overseas dispatching nursing, medical support system of foreign military medial troops, education data, nursing practice english data, affairs for overseas dispatching and reference data. The main purpose of this study is to make up overseas dispatching nursing instruction, to standardize and systematize overseas dispatching nursing. This study can be useful as basic data for the development of overseas nursing and military nursing area.
